As the Account Manager at Heffner Landscaping, Scott’s mission is to enhance the customer experience by serving as the single point of communication. He not only acts as the liaison with the operations team to ensure that service delivery expectations are met, but also maintains a continuous dialogue with each customer to keep them abreast of progress, field any questions and identify additional needs. Scott has a background in sales and customer service that spans various service industries and is well-suited to raise customer expectations and exceed expectations.
