The first step in working with Heffner Landscaping is a visit with our sales professional. During the first meeting, he has one distinct goal in mind – to fully understand your needs, your vision and your budget. Yes, you can expect to answer a lot of questions. But, we also hope that you'll have plenty to share with us in the form of photos, ideas and questions of your own.
This needs to be a mutually beneficial relationship and to that end, we want to ensure we are the company best-suited to meet your needs.
In order to allow us to move forward together, we’ll develop a pre-project plan to determine the steps necessary to get our work off the ground. For example, if we are doing a hardscape project or landscape installation we’ll start with a design. If it’s landscape maintenance service or turf management, you may only need a chemical treatment plan or schedule of services. We may also take some measurements and capture empirical data that will allow us to properly estimate the services necessary. All of this effort will lead to a competitive and thoughtfully-prepared proposal which will outline the best solution for you.
