Our Sales Professional will introduce you to the Account Manager before the work begins and they will take the time together to review the contract details with you in a sit-down meeting. This ensures that everyone is clear on the work to be done and answers any lingering questions. From there, your Account Manager will schedule the crews who work on your property, manage any issues and remain in contact with you to provide regular status updates. And, after a project is complete or during the course of a maintenance contract, the Account Manager will also look to meet with you to assess your satisfaction and discuss additional ways in which we can address your needs.
